Great iron, 2nd time around
Black & Decker D2030 Auto-Off Digital Advantage Iron

I received this iron and began using it. Loved the features, it heats up quick, and the weight of the iron itself. Only one problem.....when I filled up the water reservior for the steam, and set it down on the ironing board, water leaked out where the electrical cord meets the base of the iron!

So, I contacted Amazon, they shipped me out another one, same model, before they even received back my defective one. The new one is working fine, no leaks.

and, it is now 5 bucks less than last month!

Great Iron
I have tried many types of irons, and this is the best by far. It is larger and heavier than most, which may not appeal to some people, but the size and weight are an advantage from my point of view. But what makes this iron stand out is the steam. It manages to put out a considerable amount of consistent steam--without spitting. As other reviewers have noted, the button for a burst of steam is on the wrong side for a right-handed person, but I find that the steam is so consistent that I very seldom need it.

Good Iron
Nice, heavy iron, with a big sole plate to make ironing fast and easy. "Door" to water input clicks down and prevents water leakage, a problem with many other steam irons.

Great iron with nice features
We purchased this based on the other reviews and Consumer Reports ratings. Our previous iron was a pretty expensive Rowenta which started leaking just 6 months after we got it home - we finally got tired of mopping up leaks and purchased this one. What a difference! Definitely should have purchased this sooner. The digital features are nice too.

Didn't last more than 6 months!
This iron worked very well when it was brand new. However after moderate daily use (only 5 days of the week) for a little more than 6 months it has started to leak water from behind the ironing plate. It makes a strange crackling sound and drips water all over.

Stay away from Black & Decker!
